The staff is incredibly accommodating.
I was utterly appalled by the breakfast option. A mere pastry and juice for a 'continental' breakfast? There was no proper place to eat, making it a ridiculous experience. I had to eat my breakfast in bed, and that isn't what I expected for the price paid!

Spent three nights in a beautifully decorated room. Breakfast baskets delivered each morning were delightful with tasty surprises. The staff's warmth, especially the concierge, made us feel at home.
